September 22, 2016
Diabetes is a condition that affects millions of people throughout the world in both developed and developing countries. It is also a condition that can be prevented and better managed with education and lifestyle changes. Pharmacists are accessible healthcare professionals and can help bridge the gap between care received at a provider's place of practice and the patient's home. This webinar was delivered to pharmacy students at CES College of Pharmacy, India and was focused on counseling for patients with diabetes. Although it wasn't recorded, the handout is available for download and will provide you with the content that was covered in this webinar.
