Understanding the Revised Food Label
In 2014, FDA announced that it will be making sweeping changes to the Nutrition Facts Label, otherwise known as the food label. These changes are set to take effect in 2018. Therefore, as health advocates, educators, workers, and professionals, it is important to stay current on changes such as this. Moreover, understanding a food label is key to making healthier food choices.
